YogaFit and Healing Out Loud CSA are proud partners in the quest to raise awareness of trauma-informed yoga as a powerful tool for healing the hurts of childhood sexual trauma for the victims and their families. Join YogaFit for Warriors program director Shaye Molendyke as she explains the science behind how yoga can heal trauma, and then enjoy the tools in action during a trauma-informed practice. We encourage you to share this opportunity with someone who can benefit from these teachings - a friend or family member, a medical or mental health worker, a military member, educator, or caregiver. This is a virtual event, but space is limited, so if you cannot attend live, we ask that you register for the recording link instead of the live event.
